The Effect Of Longchang Particles On Rats Prostatic Stroma Cells

Objective:To investigate the effect of Longchang Particles on rats prostatic stroma cells.Methods:Dividing 60 rats into 6 groups randomly,there are 10 rats in each group.They are the normal control group,the model control group,the Longbishu Capsules group,the Longchang Particles with high,middle,low doses.Established the rats of hyperplasia of prostate with hypodermic injection of testosterone propionate.Calculate the exponent of prostate,examine the OD and the content of bFGF.Result:Contrasted with the model control group Longbishu Capsules in high dose,the weight and exponent of prostate was lighter;the OD and content of bFGF was lower.Conclusion:Longchang Particles could reduced the exponent of prostate and the content of bFGF in blood serum in rats Longchang Particles has the effects of restain the proliferation of rats prostatic stroma cells.
