Study On The Effects Of Recuperating-Heart Granule On The Activities Of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase Of Myocardial Tissue On Coronary Heart Disease Tachyarrhythmia Rabbit Model

Objective: Observing the effects of recuperating-heart granule on the activities of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of myocardial tissue on coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmia rabbit model, to investigate the exact mechanism of prevention and cure CHD tachyarrhythmia and provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods : CHD tachyarrhythmia rabbit models were generated by feeding high fat and injecting adrenalin to the home-breed rabbits. The 28 rabbits were divided into four groups randomly: recuperating-heart granule prevention group, recuperating-heart granule treat group, amiodarone group and model group with seven rabbits of each group. In addition, another 7 rabbits were also as the comparison group. Afterward, I observed and compared the starting time and the duration of tachyarrhythmia in each group, the variation of blood fat as well as detected the activeness of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in each group by colorimetric method.Results : Comparison between model group and recuperating-heart granule prevention group shows that the starting time of tachyarrhythmia of model group is earlier than the other group and with longer duration, the difference has statistical meaning with P<0.05; Comparison between model group and recuperating-heart granule prevention group shows that the blood fat of model group is higher than the other group, the difference has statistical meaning with P<0.05; Comparison between comparison group and the other four groups shows that high activeness of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase, the difference has statistical meaning with P<0.05; Comparison between model group and the other four groups shows that less activeness of Ca2+-Mg2+- ATPase, the difference has statistical meaning with P < 0.05 ; Comparison between recuperating-heart granule treat group and recuperating-heart granule prevention group shows that less activeness of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase, the difference has statistical meaning with P<0.05. Conclusion: Recuperating-heart granule can delay the starting time of CHD tachyarrhythmia and shorten the duration; Recuperating-heart granule can accommodate blood fat of CHD tachyarrhythmia rabbit model ; Recuperating-heart granule can improve pathomorphism and ultramicrostructure of arteriosclerosis of CHD tachyarrhythmia rabbit model ; Recuperating-heart granule can heighten the activeness of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of myocardial tissue on CHD tachyarrhythmia rabbit model, it could be one of the mechanisms of prevention and cure CHD tachyarrhythmia.
