The Value Of Ultrasonography And CA125 In Predicting Early Abortion

Objective To investigate the correlation of characteristics of yolk sac's sonogram and the vary regularity of CA125 with early abortion(EA).Methods seventy-seven cases with gravidas(single birth,)were enrolled in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics,in the first hospital of Lanzhou University.According to the development and the turnover of pregnancy,we divided into three groups:normal pregnants group(32 cases),continue pregnant group(19 cases)and inevitable abortion group(26 cases).Each case was used transabdominal sonography to observe the characteristics(morphology,magnitude,etc.)of yolk sac,meanwhile,monitoring the level of serum CA125 by chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)of gravidas.Results①The size of yolk sac in the IAG which was clearly different from NPG(P＜0.05),The level of serum CA125 of gravidas with IAG was significantly higher than that of NPG and CPG(P＜0.01);②The diagnostic value of CA125 is 48.23U/ml in early abortion;③It's negative correlation between the size of yolk sac and the value of serum CA125 in the IAG(r=-0.695,P＜0.05);④The sensitivity and the specificity separately is80.76%and 89.47%of the YS in predicting EA,The sensitivity and the specificity separately is 92.30%and 88.89%of the CA125 in predicting EA,The sensitivity and the specificity is 98.51 %and 79.21%of united the both. Conclusion①The YS and CA125 have a close correlation(take place,development and prognosis)with EA,paramorphia and size of diameter of YS is a symptom of EA,CA125 is heighten accompany the intensify of miscarriage.②When the diagnostic value of CA125 exceed 48.23U/ml,it may judgement precisely prognosis of early abortion.③it's correlation between the size of yolk sac and the value of serum CA125 in the early abortion.④Measure the yolk sac and CA125 conduce to diagnosis of early abortion.
