Objective : To investigate the expression and correlation among Dcr3, EGFR and Ki67 and the clinical implication in normal colorectal tissue adjacent to tumor and carcinoma. Methods : The level of Dcr3, EGFR and Ki67 in tissue were detected by immunohistochemical elivision puls method in 101 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 21 cases of normal tissue adjacent to tumor. Multiple clinical pathological factors were analyzed according to their relation with the expression of DcR3, EGFR and Ki-67.Results: 1.The positive rates of expression of Dcr3, EGFR and Ki67 were64.3%(66/101),54.5%(55/100),75.2%(76/101)in human colorectal carcinoma respectively.2.No expression of DcR3, EGFR and Ki-67 was detected in the 56 cases normal tissues adjacent tumor.3. Results showed that the Ki67 average labeling index in DCR3(+)EGFR(+) group was significantly higher than that in DCR3 positive group alone,EGFR positive group alone,or both negative group. Conclusion: DcR3 EGFR and Ki67 expressions can be highly found in colorectal carcinoma. The positive expression of DcR3, EGFR and Ki-67 may play an important role in the development of colorectal tumor.Combined detection of the three indexes may be helpful for judging the cell proliferation and malignant degree. And it also may be helpful for the therapy of molecule target.
