Study On Management Of Medical Service Charge And Measures For Improvement

The medical service charge is an important price of civil livelihood in the price system, and is also the enterprise charge in relation to the civilian's interests. With the social problem of expensive doctor-seeing—one of the present three hotspots and difficulties, by using the scientific knowledge of law, management, economics, statistics, etc., the thesis illustrates in detail the macro- and micro-backgrounds, significance, aim and content of the study of medical service charge; and by citing the practical cases, analyzes the manifestations and causes of the random medical service charge; and proposes the measures for improvement. Beginning with the stress on reforms of price system and medical system, the thesis suggests actively exploring the reform of medical service charge system; further perfecting the price system of medical service charge; and gradually establishing a scientific, normative, open and clarifying management system of medical service charge to reach the aim of providing the civilians with secure, effective, convenient and cheap medical service; and to make more contributions for the construction of the socialist harmonious society and the faster and better development of national economy.
