Clinical practice is the high level learning process of cognition, sentiment and techniques of bachelor of science in nursing. The clinical behavior is an important target for nursing education quality and clinical teaching evaluation. At present, the chief way of clinical behavior valuation is self-evaluation. Dose self-evaluation report the clinical behavior of the students objectively? Is there consistency between self–evaluation and director's evaluation? Furthermore, the research mainly centered on external factors these days, rarely centered on psychological aspect of students. Locus of control and achievement goal orientation affect a lot on individual study behavior. Therefore, this research focuses on the relation among locus of control, achievement goal orientation and clinical behavior of bachelor of science in nursing, investigate whether the self-evaluation and director's evaluation has any consistency, to provide references for nursing education.The objects of the research are bachelors of science in nursing who conduct practice nursing. First, through combining the objects'self-evaluation and director's evaluation, the BSN's CET is checked and differences are noticed in their clinical bahavior. Thus in the further study on the relation among clinical behavior, achievement goal orientation and focus of control, the approach of self-evaluation of bachelors of science in nursing should be adopted to collect materials.The results are as follows:1. There are preferable consistency between self-evaluation of Bachelors of science in nursing and director's evaluation.2. Bachelor of science in nursing are well-behaved both emotionally and practically, but bad-performed cognitively.3. Positive correlation exists in internality and clinical behavior, and clinical behavior could be influenced indirectly through the influence to mastery approach goal orientation; negative correlation exists in powerfulothers and clinical behavior.4. Mastery approach goal orientation and clinical behavior show remarkable positive correlation while preformance avoidance goal orientation and clinical behavior show remarkable negtive correlation.5. Mastery approach goal orientation plays a mediating role in internality's effects on clinical bahavior.Based on the conclusion above, this study suggests that teachers instruct students to conduct positive attribution to their behavior results, to develop their proper goal orientation, especially to master the approach goal orientation and the performance approach goal orientation, so as to improve the clinical behavior of bachelor of science in nursing.
