The Empirical Study Of Modified Huoluoxiaoling Cinnabar Healing Luber Intervertebral Disc Herniation (LIDH)

Objective:To study the curative effect and mechanism of Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar for treatment of luber intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Further prove the objective expression of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and invigorating vital energy with activating meridians.And then to support exploitation of new Chinese crude drug.Methods:Randomly divide mice into blank control group,Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar low dose,medium dose,and high dose groups,to observe Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar's analgesic action by hot plate and glacial acetic acid and effect on auricular swelling.Randomly divide rats into normal saline group,model based control group,Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar low and high dose groups,positive control group,Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar group.All rats were made up non-compressive animal model of lumbar nucleus pulposus prolapse unless normal group.To observe the efficacy of pain-alleviating,and then perform the hemorheology test,clotting time test by glass,to test the inflammatory factors,just as the level of plasma nitric oxide(NO)were measured by chemical method,the level of plasma tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results:Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar can inhibit markedly the twisting reaction caused by acetic acid and extend remarkedly the time of first licking pedal plate.It presents the remarkable pain easing action. It can also inhibit obviously the otitis caused by xylene in mice.Influence of Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar on the indexs of hemorheology in rats' model:high and low dose groups,Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar can reduce whole blood viscosity,plasma viscocity with different degree.But the effect of Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar group was the best.And positive control group can't obviously reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscocity.Influence of Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar on clotting time(CT) in rats' model:The clotting time of high and low dose groups, Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar was longer than positive control group's.Influence of Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar on inflammatory factor NO in rats' model:Compared with the normal group,the level of plasma NO in model based control group ascends,but all the curing groups' degrade with different degree.Influence of Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar on inflammatory factor TNF-αin rats' model:Compared with the normal group,the level of plasma TNF-αin high dose group and Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar group significantly degrade,and the effect of high dose group was the best.Conclusion:Modified Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar work on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation because of the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action and its ability to improve blood circulation,to degrade the level of inflammatory factors TNF-α,NO.
