Clinical Study On The Way Of Strengthening Spleen And Lung Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections In Children

Objective: This paper combined the mechanism of children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections ( RRTI) with regard to Chinese medicine and western medicine aspects. At the same time observed Shen Qi Jian Er He Ji's ( SQJEHJ) clinical effect on children's RRTI. On the chance of searching after an effective method to prevention and cure children's RRTI,providing powerfully theoretical and practical basis for SQJEHJ widely spread.Methods:Collected RRTI children whoes lung and temper are weak. All of them came from Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine in half year,age is from 1 to 12,ninety children were randomly divided into two groups.one group has sixty children,thirty four boies, twenty six girls,average is 4.5, cured by SQJEHJ. Another group has thirty children, sixteen boies, fourteen girls, average is 5.5, cured by Huan Er Jin (HEJ) . Infections period cured by the book, after that first group use SQJEHJ and comparison group use HEJ, two times one day, continue one month. Follow up the scent of the result one year.Results: study show:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,which is prior to thecontrol group of 86.67%.It also shows that The way of Strengthening Spleen and Lung can alleviate symptoms and physical signs of the patients effectively.Conclusion: The way of Strengthening Spleen and Lung is an effective method to prevention and cure children's RRTI during comeback period. The effect on the mechanism is pei tu sheng jin,make the lung and spleen's function comeback. SQJEHJ exceled HEJ, it suggests that the effective method of SQJEHJ can alleviate symptoms and reduce outbreak times of the patients effectively. Also haven't ill response. Further more the priceof SQJEHJ is low. Worthy of widely spreading.
