Acupuncture Treatment Of Insomnia By The Eight Method Of Intelligent Turtle

[Objective]To observe the evaluation of Acupuncture Treatment of Insomnia by the Eight Method of Intelligent Turtle[Methods]The 60 patients were randomly divided into a Ling Gui Ba Fa group (30 cases)with the points selected according to the date and time set by Ling Gui Ba Fa and regulation treatment points,and a regulation acupuncture treatment point selection group(30 cases).Two groups were progressed to clinical research.[Samples]two groups of patients with 60 cases for the source of the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of acupuncture clinics[Treatment]the treatment group:Point selection:points selected according to the date and time set by Ling Gui Ba Fa.based on regulation treatment points,according to the treatment of patients attendinq the calculation of time to point.6^th version "Acupuncture," "Insomnia" Point selection:Shenmen (HT7)SishenChong(EX-HN1),Sanyinjiao(SP6):Patients take lying position,with the Suzhou Medical Devices long production Hua licensingφ0.30 mm×25mm orφ0.30 mm×40mm disposable acupuncture needles to 75 percent alcohol partial sterilization of conventional,one-hand rapid needle insertion method.Insert needle until arrival of Qi,for 30 minutes,every 10 minutes give mild lifting,inserting, twisting and rotating method.Treatment is taken once for 2 days.6 days called as a period of treatment.The therapeutic effect will be evaluated after 3 periods of treatment. The control group(regular acupuncture)Point selection:6^th version "Acupuncture," "Insomnia" Point selection:Shenmen (HT7)SishenChong(EX-HN1),Sanyinjiao(SP6):Patients take lying position,with the Suzhou Medical Devices long production Hua licensingφ0.30 mm×25mm orφ0.30 mm×40mm disposable acupuncture needles to 75 percent alcohol partial sterilization of conventional,one-hand rapid needle insertion method.Insert needle until arrival of Qi,for 30 minutes,every 10 minutes give mild lifting,inserting, twisting and rotating method.Treatment is taken once for 2 days.6 days called as a period of treatment.The therapeutic effect will be evaluated after 3 periods of treatment.Evaluation Standard:Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),SelfRating Scale of Sleep(SRSS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)[Results],The sex,age,course,PSQI,SRSS,the HAMA are evaluated with statistics computation before treatments of two groups.There is no significant difference(P＞0.05),two groups are comparable.After treatments of two groups,the effect are by Ridit analysis,(P＜0.05); efficiency is evaluated byχ² the examination,(P＞0.05);Remarkable progress healing rate are evaluated byχ² the examination,there is significant difference(P＜0.05).Compare the treatments between two groups before and after,PSQI,SDRS,HAMA drop,there is significant difference(P＜0.01).Compare the indexes of PSQI,SRSS,HAMA after treatments of two groups,there is significant difference(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The immediate effects of the acupuncture treatment on insomnia with the points selected according to the date and time set by Ling Gui Ba Fa(Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle)which was compared with the effects in the control group treated with the points selected regulation acupuncture treatment.A higher symptom improvement rate P＜0.01)indicating that Ling Gui Ba Fa can give a better therapeutic results.
