AIDS, caused by HIV, is a communicable disease characterized by immunity system collapse total, the number of T4 cell, coordinating the immunity system, decrease rapidly, which demonstrates clinical as the ability to defense diseases decreases gradually, until it disappears totally. There are three routes infection for AIDS, sexual-contact, blood and prenatal transmission.Since 1981, when the first AIDS was found in America, there have been 66,800,000 persons who are infected by HIV, and among which, 26,000,000 died by 2007. There are about 700,000 PLWHA in China by 2007. At present, the first prevalent characteristic of AIDS in China is that the sexual contact is becoming the main transmission route, the number of general population infected by HIV is increasing, infection spreads from high risk population to general population, the second is that the number of MSM infected is increasing rapidly. The higher risk behavior of MSM, the higher probability of HIV transmission has. MB, a special population of MSM, is more liable to be infected by HIV. For this reason, it is very important and practical to carry out publicity and education and prevent intervene among MB for the prevention and cure of AIDS. However, it is still feeling about how to carry out this work. This study aims to find out by statistics description and analysis, such as Chi-square test and multivariate analysis, the infected situation of HIV and STD of MB, the KAP about AIDS, the cause of formation, the mental health situation and quality of life and influencing factors, to explore the way how to carry out targeted publicity and education and prevent intervene among MB. It has an important direction in preventing HIV transmit among MB and from MB to general population.The results of this study show:1. Compared with MSM, MB is young, most of them are unmarried, the standard of culture is lower, quite a few MB undertake business or liberal profession or job-waiting.2. There is no difference of infection rate of syphilis between MB and MSM., but the infection rate of HIV of MB is higher than that of MSM.3. There is no difference of rate of knowledge about AIDS between MB and MSM. The standard of culture does no influence on the rate of knowledge about AIDS for MB.4. There is no difference for self-identity between MB and MSM. 60.8 percent of MB act as male and female in homosexual activities, 59.5 percent would marry with female.5. In the late 6 months, 98.3 percent of MB took sex activity through anus, the average number of such sex activity is 81.32, and the maximum is 600; 95.8 percent of MB took commercial sex activity through anus, the average number of such sex activity is 74.56, the maximum is 260; 27.1 percent of MB had sex activity with female, the average number of such sex activity is 9.18, the maximum is 70.6. For MB, the proportion of condom use is 72.9 in last sex activity with male, 71.2 in last commercial sex activity with male, and 59.4 in last sex activity with female. In the late 6 months, the proportion of condom use is 41.5 in sex activity with male, and 21.9 in sex activity with female.7. In last year, all received service about AIDS prevention, 69.5 percent of MB received free condom, but the proportion of condom use is only 41.5 in each sex activity, and only 50 percent of MB was tested for HIV.8. The percent of MB, whose childhood fellow is girl, or girl equaling to boy nearly, is 82.3. 36.7 percent of MB was liable to play with girl in childhood, and 50.6 percent had toys for girl. The average age for first sex activity is 17.91. It is 73.3 percent that the first sex partner is male. 81 percent of MB was once interested in male during there growing up.9. The incidence rate of anxiety and dumps for MB is 46.6 and 68.1 respectively. The inconvenient brought by sexual preference does directly influence on the incidence of anxiety and depression. The more inconvenient, the more incidence rate of anxiety and dumps is.10. Compared with normal model, except two fields (environment and spirit) and eight facets (action capability, dependence on drug and medical means, housing environment, economy, medical service and social assurance, acquiring new information, amusement, environment condition and spirit ), the fields and facets are different. The more inconvenient, the lower the degree of satisfaction of MB is.Conclusion:MSM exists objectively, and the background had influenced the sexual preference for some MSM. Because of the special high risk behavior, MB is the leading susceptible population with high infection rate of HIV and Syphilis. Bisexual behavior, marrying with female under the pressure from home and society, MB is also the bridge for HIV dissemination, which increases the risk of dissemination among MB, MSM, female and other population. The rate of knowledge about AIDS of MB is relatively low, and it is in great demand for health service. However, because of the special social class, it is hard to provide health service for MB, which enhances the difficulty of AIDS prevention and cure. Meanwhile, it is different from ordinary person for the mental health and quality of life of MB, while, it leads to special behavior of MB, such as the gender and number of sexual partner, the use of condom and so on, which should be taken considered seriously for the prevention and cure of AIDS.
