Research Background:Gynecologic malignancies included cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, the incidence in recent years was a rising trend. In chemotherapy, illness, surgery combat, the quality of life of patients after gynecologic cancer surgery has been greatly affected. In this study, EQ-5D, FACT-G and Kessler10 Scale are used to follow-up patients’quality of life and mental health status. By tracking the quality of life survey and its influencing factors, provide theoretical support for clinical treatment, at the same time prolong the survival time of patients, improve the quality of life of patients; but also for future clinical trials and development of national policies to provide a scientific basis for the system. Track postoperative patients with gynecological malignant tumor to get their quality of life and mental health, and to find out factors affecting patients’ quality of life and mental health. Use convenience sampling method to extract patients with gynecological malignant tumor from a gynecology ward of a Shandong province hospital to have a questionnaire interview, applying chi-square test and multiple regression analysis to analyze the results.Research Objectives:In this study, analysis of gynecological cancer patients’ psychological health and quality of life conditions, to explore the influencing factors in patients with gynecological malignancies also discussed the relevance of their quality of life and mental health. Put forward the recommendations of improvement of gynecological cancer patients’ psychological health and quality of life, and to provide the basis for the development of relevant decisions.Materials and Methods:Select a postoperative chemotherapy in patients with gynecologic malignancies hospitals of Shandong Province interview questionnaire. Firstly, a baseline survey to gynecological cancer patients sociodemographic conditions and disease occurrence, after a week, general European five-dimensional adaptive Health Questionnaire (EQ-5D) and cancer treatment function evaluation scale (FACT-G) on the quality of life of patients were evaluated and general mental health status scale (Kessler10) on the patient’s psychological health were measured. Understand the quality of life in patients with gynecologic malignancies and mental health of the baseline situation, influencing factors and changes in gynecological malignancies after suffering their quality of life and mental health. Then, in January, March and June, EQ-5D, FACT-G and Kessler10 Scale are used to follow-up patients’ quality of life and psychological health.to understand the quality of life of patients and changes in mental health status, and analyzes the factors that influence this change. Finally, based on the analysis of quality of life and mental health status and changes in patient outcomes, combining with the patient’s specific disease and family circumstances put forward to improve the gynecological malignancies in patients with postoperative chemotherapy quality of life and mental health of feasible measures.Main Results:The chi-square test and multivariate linear regression analysis found that(1) Patients with gynecologic malignancy and postoperative quality of life and mental health of the total score and the scores are low.(2) The treatment of patients with gynecologic malignancies with prolonged body after three months has improved, reaching recognition of (the patient’s depression substantially eased, sentiment has stabilized, began to return to normal daily activities) or acceptance period (after a long period of treatment, the patient gradually accept this fact, able to endure painful adaptation of tumors), six months after the patient is in the adaptation period, significantly improve mental health patients.(3) With the passage of time from the surgery, except pain / discomfort dimension has greater volatility. Patients in mobility, self-care, daily life and the proportion of anxiety and depression dimensions without problems on the rise, along with a healthy self-rating psychological stages a generally upward trend.(4) After controlling for age, marital status. After time, type of occupation, family economic conditions, educational level, and consciously disease severity, chemotherapy treatment and other factors, gynecological cancer patients’ mental health and quality of life has a significant level of interaction, while the mental health of the patient is also closely linked with the quality of life for patients.(5) Regression analysis showed that after time, marital status affects the level of the quality of life of patients. The longer the distance interviews after time, better quality of life survey; the level of quality of life unmarried patients was significantly lower than married patients. Education level and occupation type affect mental health patients. The higher the level education, the greater risk the patients. Psychological disorders, occupational categories (farmers, freelancers or nonworking, self-employed and their employees including retirement) higher social status of the patient, the greater the risk of mental disorders. The higher occupational category, the greater risk the mental disorders. The category includes farmers, freelancers or non-working, self-employed and their employees including retirement.Conclusions and Suggestions:The results suggest that in a timely manner to strengthen the psychological care of patients, depending on the patient’s own situation, to take targeted nursing measures, help patients establish a positive attitude to life, enhance the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of mental disorders.
