Research Purposes:By observing the contrast of treatment group before and after treatment,and comparing with control group,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Smoothing lung and Relieving Phlegm And Invigorating Spleen and Harmonization Middle-Jiao in treating the deferment stage of recurrent respiratory tract in f ectionsResearch Method:In the study,60 patients that all accorded the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two group,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the oral Chinese herbal decoction,which c omposed of cortex mori,apricot kernel,perilla fructus,fructus forsythia,dried tangerine peel,poris cocos,rhizoma aractylodis macrocephalae,fructus aurantia,fried malt and prepared radix glycyrrhizae.Meanwhile,the control group was treated with the Pudilan Oral Liquid,Xingju Mixture,haquand Mixture,Ganji Mixture.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the improvement of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and the signs in the two groups,before and after treatment.ResearchResults:In addition to the shedding cases,58 cases were observed and evaluated.There were 29 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.The statistical results were as follows:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%.The total effective rate of the control group was 86.20%.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Improvement of main symptoms:the level o f cough,expectoration and anorexia was significantly improved in both groups(all P<0.05).In cough and anorexia,the treatment group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).The level of stool irregularities has no apparent changes in both groups(all P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups3.Improvement of the secondary symptoms:the level of low-grade fever,aversion to wind and lusterless complexion was significantly improved in both groups(all P<0.05).In low-grade fever,the treatment group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).In aversion to wind and lusterless complexion,there was no difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).The level of hyperhidrosis has no apparent changes in b oth groups(all P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.4.Improvement of signs:the sigh of pharyngeal was both ameliorated in both groups(all P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.In the treatment group,the sign of lungs was improved obviously,(all P<0.05).Research Conclusion:Smoothing lung and Relieving Phlegm And Invigorating Spleen and Harmonization Middle-Jiao has a good effect and safety in treating the deferment stage of recurrent respiratory tract infections.
