adenomysis is a gynaecological disease that can be associated with severe pelvic pain; however, the mechanisms by which pain is generated remain unknown. In recent years it has become apparent that cytokine plays an important role in pain Nerve growth factor (NGF) belongs to the neurotrophin family. In recent years it has become apparent that NGF plays an important role in mediating neuropathological and non-neuropathological pain.Estrogen plays an important role in pain.Instead of estrogen receptor- binding, to ectopic endometrial growth, leading to cyclical changes in local bleeding, uterine increase in pain, and pain sensitivity by increasing the body, caused pain. Objective:To discuss expression of NGFR,ER in adenomyoma from adenomyosis, and study the correlation between theory of mechanisms for generation of pain from adenomyosisMethods: Use the immunohistochemistry LSAB(S-p methods) to determine the location and intensity of NGFR,ER staining in adenomyoma from 60 cases of mild and serve pain group of adenomyosis and 30 cases of with no pain group of adenomyosis(the normal group). The clinical date is analyed by T test, the ordinal date is analyed by two Independent Sample Test and Nemenyi Test, the correlation is analyed by Spearman's Bivariate Correlation.Result:1.Immunolocalization of NGFR located in cytoplasm and cell membrane.ER located in nucleus2.Expression of NGFR,ER in adenomyoma(1) Expression of NGFR in adenomyoma was significantly elevated in pain group (P<0.01) compared with the normal group. The NGFR positive expression of every group in adenomyoma was different (P<0.01).There was different between the severe pain adenomyosis group (Ps<0.01) and the normal group, but there was no qualitative difference between the mild pain adenomyosis group (P>0.05) and the normal group.(2) Expression of ER in adenomyoma was significantly elevated in pain adenomyosis group group (P<0.05) compared with the normal group. The ER positive expression of every group in placenta was different (P<0.05). There was different between the severe pain adenomyosis group group (P<0.05) and the normal group, but there was no qualitative difference between the mild pain adenomyosis group (P>0.05) and the normal group.3. The correlation between the expression of NGFR and ER in adenomyoma: It is analyed by Spearman's Bivariate Correlation. We found there was a significantly positive correlation. NGFR and ER (r=-0.528, P<0.01) .Conclusion: Expression of NGFR,ER in adenomyoma was significantly elevated in pain adenomyosis group compared with the normal group, furthermore the elevation is companied with the severty of pain There was a positive correlation between NGFR and ER. Abnormal expression of NGFR, ER in the adenomyoma tissue m which result in the pain of adenomyosis .
