By immunohistochemical S-P method to detect samples in the expression of Survivin and P16and controls.Results:(1) Survivin protein in the uterus gland myopathy ectopic endometrium patients significantly higher than the expression in ectopic endometrium and normal control group (P<0.05). and the normal in ectopic endometrium and the expression no difference (P>0.05).(2) Survivin protein in normal endometrial proliferation period without expression, only in the secretory has a faint expression, and in ectopic neointimal hyperplasia period and secretory all have expressed, but there was not a significant difference (P>0.05).(3) P16protein in normal endometrium significantly higher than the expression of the gland myopathy (P<0.01), and in the glands myopathy in the lining of the expression of ectopic endometrium than (P<0.05).(4) P16protein in normal endometrium, hyperplasia of express below secretory, significant difference (P<0.05), in the muscle gland ill in ectopic ectopic endometrium and, hyperplasia period and secretory express no significant difference (P>0.05).(5) Survivin and the two indexes in p16ectopic endometrium expression of a negative correlation (r=0.416, P<0.05).Conclusion:Not only were Survivin and P16protein’s pressions observed in ectopic and entropic of adenomyosis and normal endometrium without adenomyosis, but also its had a statistically significant difference expression between adenomyosis endometrium and normal endometrium without adenomyosis, but different lining the expression is different,and Significant, suggested they may play an important role in the pathogenesis and the development of adenomyosis. |
