Objective:This experiment intends to study the expression of PRL,PIGF and NGFR in plasma and tissues of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma to explore the relationship between them and clinicopathological parameters, and provide an important basis for the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer and the exploration of new therapeutic targets for esophageal cancer. Methods:The expression of PRL,PIGF and NGFR in 80 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 40 cases of normal plasma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological features of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed..The sensitivity and specificity of plasma PRL and PIGF,NGFR expression were tested.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PRL,PIGF and NGFR in 38 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 15 paraneoplastic tissues. The relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer wasanalyzed.Follow-up PRL was performed. The expression of PIGF and NGFR tissues correlated with the prognosis of patients.Results:1.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay results The expression of PRL,PIGF and NGFR in plasma of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of PRL between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group and normal group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the expression of PIGF in different clinical stages of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal plasma(P<0.05).The differences in the plasma type of NGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the three proteins in plasma of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were PRL 64.5% and 71.7%;PIGF 51.8% and59.8%,respectively;NGFR were 44.5% and 73.4%,respectively.2.Immunohistochemistry results The positive rates of PRL in normal tissues and esophageal cancer tissues were 6.67%(1/15),86.84%(33/38),and the positive rates of PIGF were 20.0%(3/15)and 60.52%,respectively.(23/38),the positive expression rates of NGFR in normal tissues and esophageal cancer tissues were 13.3%(2/15)and 73.68%(28/38),respectively.The positive expression rates of PRL,PIGF and NGFR in esophageal squamous cellcarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of PRL in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was different from that of different tissue types(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the expression of PIGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and different clinical stages(P<0.05).The difference of NGFR in different tissue types of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The expression of PRL and PIGF and NGFR in plasma and tissues of patients with esophageal cancer was higher than normal plasma and tissue.2.The expression of PRL and NGFR protein was related to the tissue typing of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of PIGF protein is related to the clinical stages of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
