Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression level of Nav1.5?NGFR and NF-?B and the clinical pathological classification grade and prognosis of brain glioma. Methods: The expression of Nav1.5 protein,NGFR protein and NF-k B protein in the tissues of 21 patients with glioma were detected by Immunohistochemistry(IHC).The relationship between the expression level and the clinicopathological classification of glioma and its clinical significance were analyzed. Results:The immunohistochemical results showed that the expression level of Nav1.5protein,NGFR protein and NF-kB protein in the high grade(III~IV grade)glioma tissues was significantly higher than that of the low grade(I~II)glioma tissue, and was positively correlated with the clinicopathological classification(P <0.05),and the immunofluorescence method showed that the high grade glioma was a high grade glioma. The expression level of NGFR protein and NF-kB protein was significantly higher than that of low grade glioma NGFR protein and NF-kB protein expression level.Combined with clinical data analysis, the high expression of NGFR protein,NF-k B protein and Nav1.5 protein tissue specimens have higher pathological grade(P <0.05),but with the sex and age of glioma patients. There was no significant correlation(P > 0.05).The results of survival analysis showed that the expression of NGFR protein,NF-kB protein and Nav1.5protein was not significantly different from that of the patients with glioma(P<0.05).NGFR high protein expression of patients' overall survival(OS)is significantly lower than the NGFR low protein expression in patients(P = 0.033,14 months versus 21.4months),but the NF-kB protein and Nav1.5 protein expression in patients with glioma of overall survival(OS)no significant difference(P?0.05);COX univariate analysis showed that gender, age, pathological classification,NGFR protein,NF-k B protein and Nav1.5 protein were not indicated as potential risk factors for prognosis of glioma patients(P?0.05).Conclusion:1.There was a significant positive correlation between the expression levels of Nav1.5protein,NGFR protein and NF-? B protein in glioma tissues and the pathological classification of glioma.2.The total survival rate of patients with high expression of NGFR protein was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression of NGFR protein.3.NGFR protein expression level may be the most important factor affecting the pathological classification of glioma.
