Plastic surgery becomes an important part of people'consumer spending increasingly, with economic and social development of our country.The use of plastic surgery's technology involves moral, legal, economic and other aspects of the problem in life, The research about it is rich and varied. From the ethic perspective, this paper analyzes phenomena of plastic surgery on the basis of collecting literatures related of plastic surgery. With historical and dialectical method, it discusses the scientific value, moral values, aesthetic values of plastic surgery in the history and development of plastic surgery. But because of the alienation of plastic surgery technology, medical staffs'low moral quality and individual superstition and abusing the technology, there are also some ethical dilemmas which are need to be solved in the process of plastic surgery. These dilemmas can be summarized :The damage to the health of plastic surgery challenges of the value of life, the contradiction between truth and false of Plastic surgery patients, the dilemma between rights and obligations of medical staff. For Solution these ethical dilemmas, It is necessary for patients and doctors not only to comply with principle of the value of life, principle of informed consent and the principle of honesty in the medical ethics, but also to improve moral qualities of the plastic medical institutions and medical personnel's, unify patients and doctors values, and to strengthen the integrity of the related parties. It is the only way to provide ethics of support and protection for plastic surgery,promote development of plastic surgery towards a healthy direction, do really contribute to the beauty of human beings.
