In recent years, the relations between nurses and patients with new features, nursing ethics research has created many new problems. Increase the independence of the nursing staff, they face a growing number of ethical dilemmas. Nursing ethical dilemmas will bring enormous pressure, seriously affecting their physical and mental health, leading to adverse health effects on patients. Therefore, to explore ways to solve nursing ethical dilemmas for nursing ethical research and patient health is significant. This research program has two: First, case interview,Questionnaire from the social, management, economics, role simplified as seven questions to discuss the production and characteristics of nursing ethical dilemmas. The three Interviewees were from ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Pediatrics, Geriatrics. Second, survey. Questionnaire collected information about 264 nurses. Spss software used to analyze the data to understand the respondents to the social, management, economics, role in the share of nursing ethical dilemmas. Interviews and questionnaires show:1, nursing ethical dilemma exists. 2, In social, management, economics, role, roles ethical dilemmas arising from the most prominent. To solve the above findings, we give the corresponding recommendations: learning nursing ethics and resolve conflicts of roles.
