Objective: This study explores the difference of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome and Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation Syndrome in risk factors, clinical manifestations, laboratory physical and chemical indicators of endometriosis,so as to reveal the essence of differentiation of cold and heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent, and in order to help more objective and standardized use of modern medical micro-indicators to assist macro-syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The results of peripheral serum physical and chemical indicators, the basic information and clinical manifestations were collected by questionnaire survey and peripheral serum physical and chemical indicators examination. The data were filled into forms after confirmation and statistical analysis was carried out.Result: In terms of risk factors and clinical manifestations, there were significant differences in duration of disease, chronic pelvic pain score, menstrual condition score and anal swelling pain ratio between the two groups(P<0.05),with greater values in the Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation Syndrome. There were significant differences in the proportion of dysmenorrhea, symptom score and VAS score between the two groups(P<0.05),with greater values in the Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome. There was no significant difference in age,the proportion of chronic pelvic pain, the proportion of menstrual disorders, the proportion of sexual pain, the proportion of quality of life changes and scores, the proportion of abortion and the proportion of infertility between the two syndromes(P>0.05).In terms of physical and chemical indexes of peripheral sera, there were obvious differences in the positive rates and levels of CA125 and TGF-?1 between the two groups(P<0.05),with greater values in the Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome. The positive rate of CA199 and the level of ESR had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with greater values in the Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation Syndrome. There was no significant difference in the positive rates and levels of CRP,TNF-a,IL-6,IL-8,EMAb,PGE2,and the levels of CA199 and in the positive rate of ESR between the two syndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.There are statistical differences in the course of disease, chronic pelvic pain score, menstrual condition score, anal swelling pain ratio, dysmenorrhea ratio, dysmenorrhea symptom score and dysmenorrhea VAS score between endometriosis patients and TCM cold-heat syndrome differentiation, which is hopeful to be used as a reference index for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.2.Based on the small sample size of this study,it is found that there are statistical differences in CA125,CA199,TGF-?1 and ESR in peripheral sera in endometriosis syndrome differentiation of cold and heat in TCM,which is expected to be used as clinical micro-reference index of TCM macro-syndrome differentiation.
