Analysis Of The General Clinical Characteristics And Recurrence Related Factors Of Endometriosis

Objective To explore the general clinical characteristics of endometriosis,and to understand the recurrence of patients with endometriosis after surgery,and analyze it.For clinical treatment of patients with endometriosis to provide a reference program,as far as possible to reduce its recurrence,improve the living standards of such patients.Method From January2013 to December 2017,341 patients with endometriosis were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.The patients' age,clinical symptoms,physical signs,pregnancies,abortions,pelvic surgery history,operation methods,operation scope,diameter of focus,postoperative fertility,pathological results and postoperative treatment were analyzed.The patients were followed up for 24 months by means of outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up of patients and their families.The recurrence of patients after operation was found out.The indexes that may affect the recurrence of patients after operation were analyzed by single factor and multi factor analysis.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process all the data.The test level was statistically significant when p < 0.05.Results 1.The recurrence age of endometriosis was 30-39 years old,with an average age of 39.44 ± 7.68 years.The recurrence rate in this age group was significantly higher than that in other age groups.2.The risk factors of EMS recurrence were the patients with left ovarian cyst.3.The enlargement of uterus is the risk factor of EMS recurrence.4.Dysmenorrhea is a risk factor for EMS recurrence.5.According to conservative operation,semi radical operation is the protective factor of EMS recurrence.6.Gn RH-@injection is a protective factor for recurrence in the postoperative management.Conclusions Endometriosis is easy to recur after operation.Postoperative recurrence is closely related to the patients' clinical manifestations,physical examination and signs,scope of operation,pathological type of disease after operation,and postoperative medication.In the process of treatment,we should choose the appropriate individual treatment plan according to the patients' own characteristics,reduce the recurrence rate and improve their quality of life.
