Objective:To analyze and explore EMT perioperative syndrome characteristic, dynamic evolution and its correlation with recurrence with a method of prospective study. To provide the basis for formulating the diagnosis integrated treatment programs in clinic against the patients with different syndromes during pre-and post-operation. To provide syndrome basis for TCM differential treatment using for the prevention of EMT recurrence. Methods:Taking the way of Semi-open questionnaires, to collect126patients with basic information and the information of clinical symptomatology related who were surgically diagnosed with endometriosis and followed up for a period of one year, to observe the patients’recurrence, and then to complete the follow-up survey table, final to establish a database and to do a statistical analysis about these informations with SPSS19.0statistical software.Results:126patients were investigated in this paper:(1) a general information as follows:the age of the patients between25to29accounted for the majority, and the high age of its pathogenesis was ranging from25to44; the course with<1year accounted for the majority of patients; The complex condition that was the main symptom accounted the most(63.5%); its recurrence rate was12.7%After1-year.(2) in the respect of syndrome elements:blood stasis syndrome appeared in all patients in the preoperative factors and ranked the first, then was the Qi stagnation, followed by Kidney deficieny and Qi deficiency; Qi deficiency was the main syndrome element after one month and one year of surgery; at the aspect of syndrome elements evolution, blood stasis was significantly reducing after surgery in one month; while Spleen deficiency、 Qi deficiency and phlegm-these three symptom factors were increasing significantly in postoperative.(3)in the respect of syndromes:blood stasis mixed with Qi stagnation was the major syndrome in pre-and post-operative; Spleen Qi deficiency was the main syndrome after one week; Spleen deficiency mixed with moisture and blood stasis became the major syndrome in one month after surgery; at the aspect of syndromes evolution, blood stasis mixed with Qi stagnation showed a steady dowmward trend after surgery; while the syndrome of the Spleen and Kidney deficiency with blood stasis were showing a gragual upward trend.(4)on the areas of recurrence:the Logistic regression analysis showed that each TCM syndrome factor in preoperation and one month of postoperation and all TCM syndromes including preoperation and postoperation were no correlation with endometriosis recurrence, while blood stasis syndrome factor in one year after surgery was the risk factor of endometriosis recurrence.Conclusions:1.The basic pathogenesis of endometriosis was bleeding resistance, its most common syndrome was the blood stasis mixed with Qi stagnation.2. The major syndrome of endometriosis before surgery was the blood stasis mixed with Qi stagnation, with the practical syndrome as the most; After surgery, blood stasis and Qi stagnation factors were reducing, while Spleen deficiency、Qi deficiency and phlegm and moisture these three factors were significiently increasing, deficiency and deficiency mixed practical syndrome were main syndromes in postoperation. The specific performance was as follows: Spleen Qi deficiency was the main syndrome in one week after surgery; After one month and one year of surgery, the principal type of syndrome converted into the type of Spleen and Kidney deficiency with blood stasis.3. Blood stasis syndrome was the risk factor of endometriosis recurrence after one year of surgery.
