Clinical Study On Making Up The Spleen Profit Lung And Internal Treatment Of TCM In The Treatment Of Remission Chronic Blocking Lung Disease With Qi Deficiency In Lung And Spleen

Objective:To investigate the effects on making up the sleep profit lung and internal treatment of TCM in the treatment remissionchronic blocking lung disease with Qi deficiency in lung and spleen,and study the curative mechanism through observing proving of clinical symptom,immunity target,body weight index,6minute walk distance,quantity of life and lung function.Methods:60 Case of patientswere randomly divide into two groups.The treatment group was treated by eating ChenXiaLiuJun pill and Cutaneous acupuncture,with a course of 30days.The changesin the major clinical symptom, immunity target,6minute walk distance,quantity of life and lung function.Were observed in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(p＜0.01).After the treatment,immunity target as IgA,IgG were improved in both groups,but the difference between the two groups in IgM was not significant.(p＞0.05).6minute walk distance index was not significant(p＞0.05).Body weight index was improved(p＜0.05).The lung function indexes were improved after the treatment in treatment groups(p＜0.05)inFVC / Pre(%),FVC,but in control group these indexes were improved hardly,the difference between the two groups was remarkable(p＜0.05).Quantity of life indexes were improved in Total score,anxious index and despondent index obviously(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Internal treatment of TCM and making up the sleep profit lung benefit the treatment of remission chronic blocking lung disease with Qi deficiency in lung and spleen.Therefore,it can improve these patients' life quality.
