Comparying the total effectiveness,P=0.916＞0.05,has non-statistics significance.(2)Comparying the time that bowel movement times alleviates in two group, P=0.031＜0.05,has statistics significance.(3)Comparying the score after treatment:in vomit,diet,thirsty,distension of the abdomen,facial color,spiritual,P＜0.05,has statistics significance; In bowel movement times,excrement character,P＞0.05,non-statistics significance. 2.Comparying the score that before and after treatment in Jia Jian Er Chen Tang group:children in bowel movement times,excrement character,vomit,diet, thirsty,distension of the abdomen,facial color,spiritual all P＜0.05,has statistics significance.3.The medicine untoward effects,The Smectite group had 2 young babies who appear chokes or vomits milk when took medicine,and I baby had the constipation after treatment.While the Jia Jian Er Chen Tang group had not obviously untoward.4.Comparying the bowel pH before and after treatment in two groups,P=0.000＜0.05,has statistics significance.Conclusion:1.Jian Pi Zao Shi Xing Qi as Jia Jian Er Chen Tang is good for the non-infectious diarrhea.2.Jian Pi Zao Shi Xing Qi is good for treating the PiXuShiKun symptoms,and it is better than the Smectite.It can improve the modulation ability of young child,improve the health,enhance the level of curative effect.And the curative effect is better than the Smectite3.The group of Jia Jian Er Chen Tang had not obvious side effect and the untoward reaction rate is low.It showed that Jia Jian Er Chen Tang is safe and feasible to treat the young child non-infectious diarrhea.4.This research took the bowel pH to diagnosticate the non-infectious diarrhea and judge the curative effect for the first time.It confirmed that the bowel pH is helpful.
