The Efficacy Evaluation Of The Nourish The Kidney And Soothe The Liver With Psychological Guide On The Treatment Of Climacteric Syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy evaluation of the nourish the kidney and soothe the liver with psychological guide on the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:Randomly derided 60 examples of climacteric syndrome into treatment group(30 examples)and control group(30 examples),the treatment group was treated by the nourish the kidney and soothe the liver with psychological guide,every patient drinked soup which was self-designed and composed of 15gTuSiZhi,15gYinYangHe,15gShanyurou,15gBaiZiRen,15gDiGuPi,15gHuaiShan,15gChaiHu,15gBaiShao,15gShuDi,15gTuckahoe,30gFouXiaoMai,30gLuoDaoGeng, 6gGlycyrrhiza,which were soaked for 30 minutes,and decocted with the BZE150A5 automatic decocting package machine with 500mL water for each set,the strong fire was replaced by soft fire for 30 minutes until 150 ml,packaged into 2 bags,2times one day.Treatment group accept the psychical treatment:1.found satisfactory doctor-patient relationship;2.healthy education;3.establish target of treatment;4.individualized treatment;5.art and psychics support; 6.suggest the patients to do proper excise;7.telephong follow-up;8.correct the concept of overdependence of doctors and medicine.Control group was treated by Zhibo Dihuang pill(3g/ltime,3times/lday)and psychological guide. Then the changes of symptoms were tested by modified Kupperman score and scL90.Results:1.control group has a 87%total effective rate(Recover 5 examples, markedly improved 12 examples,moderately improved 9 examples,no change 4 examples),the control group(recover 3 examples,markedly improved 8 examples:moderately improved 7 examples,no change 12 examples,the total effective rate 60%),the curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.2.Before the treatment there was no difference between the treat group with the control group in symptom score,after treatment in treatment group There were significant difference in the curative effect of fever and sweating,impetuosity and susceptibility to rage,insomnia and dreaminess,tinnitus and soreness-tired of waist and knee(p＜0.01)and weakness and fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus,chest tightness and hypochondriac pain was also better than before(p＜0.05);there was no difference in loss of memory.In control group,There were significant difference in the curative effect of fever and sweating,mouth dryness (p＜0.01),tinnitus and sorenesstired of waist and knee,weakness and fatigue, dizziness and tinnitus,was also better than before(p＜0.05);After treatment there were significant difference between two group in fever and sweating,,insomnia and dreaminess,chest tightness and hypochondriac pain,tinnitus and sorenesstired of waist and knee(p＜0.05).this indicated that the treatment group and control group can improve the main symptoms,but the treatment group superior to the control group in fever and sweating,insomnia and dreaminess, chest tightness and hypochondriac pain,tinnitus and sorenesstired of waist and knee.3.before treatment there was no difference between the two group in SCL90 score(p＞0.05),after treatment the factors scores of somatic, obsessive,depress,anxiety.Hostility and horror in treatment group were significantly lower than before(p＜0.01),but there was no difference in relationship;the factors scores of somatic and anxiety in the control group is significantly lower than before(p＜0.01),obsessive,depress,hostility,horror and psychotic more is significantly lower than before(p＜0.05),but there was no difference in relationship(p＞0.05).after treatment there was significantly difference in the factors scores of somatic,depress,hostility and psychotic between the treatment group with the control group(p＜0.05)).Conclusions:1.The efficacy evaluation of the nourish the kidney and soothe the liver with psychological guide on the treatment of climacteric syndrome is certain,which can improve the psychological symptoms.2.Psychotherapy is the key link.3.The efficacy of nourish the kidney and soothe the liver conbine psychological guide is better than only take Chinese medicine.
