Clinical Study On Healing Effect Of DPN And Influence Of Homocysteine By Granular Formulation Of Fu Fang Qi Ying

Objective:To observe the clinic curative effect of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) and influence of homocysteine by granular formulation of Fu Fang Qi Ying. Method:In clinic study, 60 cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy were divided into two groups at random. Thetreatment group were treated with granular formulation of Fu Fang Qi Ying. The controll group with Sai Li Tai.The clinical recurrence including clinical symptoms, BG, HCY, NCV of two groups were observed before and after the treatment, and finally all-around therapeuticeffect of two groups were contrasted. Results: granular formulation of Fu Fang Qi Ying can obviously improve the patients'clinical syndrome. It can reduce the HCY of patient. It can raise the NCV.Its all-around therapeutic effect is superior to the controll groups obviously. Conclusions: granular formulation of Fu Fang Qi Ying have better preventive and therapeutic effects on treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, and could reduce the level of hcy.
