ObjectivesUse questionnaire measure to evaluate the stress level and coping style among employees of Fushun Country township hospital, and compare the difference in the stress level and coping style among these employees. Explore the level of stress, stressors of workp - lace and coping style for stress. Provide credibility evidence to reform positive coping style and improve job effective for township health center employees.MethodsDesigned stress questionnaire for township hospital employees by collect relatedli terature and face to face meeting. Used coping style questionnaire which developed by Xiao jihua et, to evaluate copying style of township hospital employees. 140 township hospit al employees in 11 were surveyed. Adopted Factor analysis and Cronbach's were adopt ed to evaluated the structure and Reliability of stress questionnaire, and used indep endent t-test and a one-way ANOVA to evaluated the difference of stress, stressors and copying style in different group.Results1. There is a better reliability and structure of stress questionnaire about township health employees.2.Fushun country township hospital employees are facing stress of low level.3.There is no significant difference of different sex township hospital employees on total score and each factors. 4.There is a significant difference of different age township hospital employees on total score and factors of work stress, relational stress, economical stress, environment stress and family stress(P < 0.05).5.There is a significant difference of different degree hospital(P < 0.05).6. The township hospital employees use more positive coping styles than negative ones, and the descending sequence are ask for help, escape, believe it reasonable, imagination and self- reproach.7.There is significant difference of difference sex township hospital employees on coping style (P < 0.01) .8.There is significant difference of difference age township hospital employees on coping style (P<0.05) .9.There is no significant difference of difference age township hospital employees on coping style.ConclusionsFactor analysis shows that the structure of the employees' stress includes sevenf actors, these are: work stress, relational stress, stress with patient, economical stress, enviro -nment stress and family stress. Township hospital employees are facing stress of lowlevel. There is significant difference of difference age and degree of township hospital employees. The worker's stress enlarger with the growth of the age, and the two test 40-49 and 50-59-year old worker be the tallest stress.The township hospital employees use more positive coping styles than negative ones, and the descending sequence are ask for help, escape, believe it reasonable , imagination and self- reproach. There is significant difference coping style between difference age and age. The male worker always solving problem when they toward stress, and the female worker always ask for help or believe it reasonable. The young worker always using solving problem, and with the growth ,the worker always using the style of escape.
