Objectives:Based on the research of job satisfaction of Community Health Service(CHS) personnel in Hefei,study the status of job satisfaction,explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,research the feasible measures for improving the Job Satisfaction,make control plan for the influencing factors.Methods:Through the review of the document, the research project and questionnaire of the job satisfaction of CHS personnel was formulated, then the measurement project and questionnaire were amended and consummated through expert symposium and expert consultation.The technical personnel and administrative personnel of 115 CHS institutions(including:36 CHS centers, to inhabit 92.3% of total centers;79 CHS stations, to inhabit 80.6% of total stations) were enrolled as the investigation subjects,social feature,satisfactory degree of income,and job satisfaction were inquired to every one.4 CHS technical personnel and 2 CHS administrative personnel were selected by random in every CHS center; 2 CHS technical personnel and 1 CHS administrative personnel were selected by random in every CHS station. 302 questionnaires of technical personnel were sent out, 288 valid questionnaires were obtained, valid respondence rate is 95.4%;158 questionnaires of administrative personnel were sent out, 155 valid questionnaires were obtained, valid respondence rate is 98.1%.Descriptive statistics,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyse survey data.Results:①About 49.3% CHS technical personnel and 42.6% CHS administrative personnel were satisfied with their job;②according to the chi-square test:age(χ2=13.464,P=0.004), education background(χ2=10.964, P=0.004), institution style(χ2=4.090,P=0.043)were potential influencing factors of job satisfaction to CHS technical personnel;③according to the Logistic regression analysis: job satisfaction among technicians above 55 years-old is notably higher of those under 35(OR=8.441,P=0.040), job satisfaction among technicians were satisfied with basic equipment is notably higher of the control(OR=7.516,P=0.020); job satisfaction among administrants were satisfied with income is notably higher of the control(OR=7.516,P=0.020), job satisfaction among administrants were satisfied with organizational fiance mildly is notably higher of the control(OR=5.163,P=0.002), job satisfaction among administrants were satisfied with service status is notably higher of the control(OR=15.569,P=0.027).Conclusions:①the job satisfaction of CHS personnel is influenced by intricate factors,and the job satisfaction of CHS personnel should be improved in Hefei;②the concerned departments should pay more attention to improving the job satisfaction;③it is a feasible way to raise the degree of job satisfaction by perfecting the basic medical equipment for CHS technical personnel;④and it is a feasible way to raise the degree of job satisfaction by raising income satisfaction,improving the running situation of financial organizations,improving the running situation of health service for CHS administrative personnel;⑤enriching work content, optimizing work condition,providing equitable chance for promotion are valid measures for raising the degree of job satisfaction persistently.
