| BackgroudAlong with developing of the Quality Nursing Care in our country,clinical nursing were deeping the "strengthen basic nursing and provide satisfactory service"theme.The nurse pay more attention to fulfill nursing duties,humanistic care and provide high quality nursing care for patients’satisfaction.As the important index of the hospital has been incorporated into the hospital accreditation process,while the nursing job satisfaction is an important component of inpatient satisfaction,largely determining the overall service of the inpatient satisfaction in hospital. Studying on the inpatient satisfaction with nursing work is of significance to promote the construction of standardization and improve the quality of the hospital care in this study under this background.ObjectiveTo study on the factors influencing inpatient satisfaction,in cecond A hospital.To analyze the variation in inpatient satisfaction by different department and personal characteristics to explore the problem of the current existy nursing work.The results of the investigation in order to take specific measures and improve the quality of nursing work, to improve the patients’satisfaction degree, continue to promote the quality of nursing care to provide theoretical basis for the work.Nursing superintendent should take effective empowerment measures,and a high level of nursing work will be help to improve the inpatient satisfaction and strengthen the quality of the quality nursing care.MethodsThis study randomly selected September2013in cecond A hospital. Including department of internal medicine,surgery, gynecology and obstetrics hospital630patients as the object of survey questionnaire.The cluster sampling were surveyed by the ShengYu’s questionnaire of the school of Nursing Peking Union Medical College and a self-designed questionnaire.Then the date was analized by spss13.0.The statistical analysis methods used included Independment-Samples t-test, descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA,LSD test,Multiple linearregression analysis and so on.Results1. The average score of inpatient satisfaction with nursing was3.72±0.49,the score of4dimensions were ranked at a descending order as follows:the score of nursing environment dimensions was4.01±0.55,the nursing regulations was3.75±0.21,the nursing service was3.65±0.19,the nursing communication was3.35±0.52.2. Different part,age,education,occupation,payment method,family income,self-care ability,hospitalization expense of patients whose satisfaction showed significant difference.3. The high level of the satisfaction with the department of the internal medicine patients.4. The high level of the demographic characteristics on inpatients satisfaction with nursing as follows:at the age of45-59years old, workers and peasants, low level of educational patients,new rural cooperative medical care system and high self-care ability patients.5. Muitivariate analysis showed that:the main factors influencing inpatient satisfaction with nursing is:part,age,education,occupation,payment method, self-care ability and hospitalization expense of patients whose satisfaction showed significant difference.Suggestion1. Nursing administrators should pay attention to nurse standardized training,improve the ability of the clinical comprehensive nursing.2. According to the ratio of bed to nurse and nurse levels of ability, combined with the dynamic changes in clinical features and nursing workload.reasonable allocation the nursing human resources, as far as possible to meet the needs of clinical nursing manpower.3. According to different part,occupation,education,and so on,take individual medical services to meet the needs of patients and improve the inpatient satisfaction.4. Nursing administrators should strengthen the communication skills training, improve the level of nurses’health education.5. Strengthen the critical thinking ability of nursing staff training and improve the level of empathy. 6. The hospital should strictly charge management, standardize in charges. |
