Cancers seriously threat to human health. Now they have become the second life-threating disease following cardiopathy. It is of great significance to defeat cancers for human heath. We need to research on specific characteristics and pathogenesis of cancers to pave the way for eventually defeating cancers. It is currently accepted that cancers are often due to the inappropriate gene expression. Most of the existing researches on the study focus on gene mutation and testing corresponding changes of content material in patients. This paper attempts to use data processing advantages of computer technology to search the features of cancers for biologists and cancer-related research.In this paper, the researches focus on biological data analysis of cancer genes, but not limited to it. This paper aims to explore new perspective of important role of miRNA on regulation of genes expression. MiRNA can match specific region of transcribed mRNA to silence related gene. Therefore, in the course of cancers, some miRNA will play an important role. It is of great significance to find out the miRNAs which play an important role in cancer process.Research on the relationship between cancer genes and miRNAs, protein domains requires a large amount of data. Because of the complex data relationships, simply storaged cannot fit for further research, we'd better built up database to storage, query, extraction, processing and analysis. In this paper, the corresponding data is extracted from related public database site using the Perl programming language and cancer genes and related miRNA database is built up in relation model using MySQL database software. At the same time we analyze the paradigm of the cancer genes and related miRNA database to guarantee the database paradigm in BCNF. On this basis, cancer genes and related miRNA database query site is built up in Appfuse framework using JAVA and JSP programming language and JDBC as a means. This site simplifies data query process, expands the database function and provide facilitate to biologists and cancer related researcher.First, search on the relationship between the cancer genes and miRNAs. Because miRNAs regulate gene expression, finding miRNAs that most closely related with cancer genes is very important. Use cancer genes and miRNAs database to find out the miRNAs that most widely regulate many kinds of cancers. These miRNAs must be closely related to cancers. The seed sequence of miR-26 family binds with genes which belongs 17 kinds of cancers. It is the most extensively gene-regulate miRNA in cancer kinds. The seed sequence of miR-106 family binds with genes which belongs 15 kinds of cancers. It ranked second. It can be assumed similar miRNAs play an important role in cancer process. Many literatures strongly support for this conclusion. Then research on the role of target position that miRNAs begin matching genes. By calculating the average distance between miRNA target position and the border of gene coding regions, we found the most important regions in cancer genes. It is in 3'UTR of genes, 1000 nucleotides from the border, which miRNA regulate most frequently. Then protein domains are protein function modules. So in this paper we research from the perspective of protein domains on cancers and find out the relationship between protein domains and cancers. Draw data of protein domains and cancer genes from cancer genes and related miRNA database and find out protein domains that express in many kinds of cancers. It can be assumed these protein domains are close links with cancers.In the process of cancer research, siRNA and miRNA that belong to small RNA family have played an important role. SiRNA can be synthesized in vitro, so if we can find the relationship between these two categories of small RNAs, it will progress in the use of siRNA to study miRNA. In this paper, pathway for the use of bridge helps explore the intrinsic link of siRNA and miRNA.In this paper, we speculate the relation of cancers related miRNAs and protein domains and discuss the regulation between miRNAs and protein domains impacts on cancers. We also developed cancer genes and related miRNA database query site. All these are able to play a role in promoting cancer research for physicians and biologists. At last this paper speculates the relation of the two types of small RNA that closely related to cancer, which is of important significance to the use of siRNA in the study of miRNA.
