Antibiotic is one of the best achievements in medicine which improve human health level and ensure people life. However, along with the antibiotic abuse, more and more drug-resistance bacterial have been increasingly and quickly disseminated ,made great difficulty to treat diseases, seriously threaten mankind health. It caused situation of the antibiotic crisis on medical science at present. Therefore, It has significance to guide reasonable use of antibiotic to understand the use of antibiotic, to investigate clinical isolated bacteria distribution and drug-resistance characteristic, to quickly detect drug-resistance bacterial. In order to carry information to reasonable use of antibiotic the study on antibiotic use and bacterial resistance dependablity in the No.1 hospital of Jilin University has been developed.ObjectiveAnalysis for the test of drug sensitivity and bacteria group in perianal abscessMethod1. All the bacteria were isolated from in hospital perianal abscess patients from January 2006 to June 2007 in the First hospital of Jilin University. According to the method in《clinical medicine test handbook》to isolate, cultivate, identify and statistical analysis the distribution of bacteria.2. All the bacterial isolations from Bacterial susceptibility testing was carried out with Kirby-Bauey method. Tests were performed according to the guidelines of NCCLS.ResultThe use rate of antibiotic was 100% (including single and multiple use). Altogether118 strains of pathogens were isolated from 97 major samples. Gram positive coccus, gram negative accounted for 29. 0 %, 71.0% . The common pathogens, were, CNS (14%), E.coli (59%), S. aureus (12%), K. pneumoniae (10%), P. aeruginosa (2%) and Enterococus (3%).The selected antimicrobial, drugs, being, sensitive up more for gram positive coccus are as follows, VAN, Teicoplanin, OXA, CFX, CPM, CEZ, CTX, CXO, RIF. Being Sensitive up more for gram negative are as follows, Meropenem, IMP, CRO, CAZ, CTX, CPM, CPZ, CFXConclusion1. E.coli accounted for 59% is the major pathogenic bacteria in perianalabscess2. E. coli being sensitive up more for Thienamycin and CEF. drug resistance for Quinolones,Sulfamid and Penicillins.3. In order to abase or prevent the increasing resistance of bacteria, need to reasonable use antibiotic.
