Object iveThe statistical distribution of perianal abscess constitutions in Chinese medicine, analysis of its own rules and to explore the relationship of TCM constitution and the incidence of perianal abscess, perianal abscess TCM constitution to provide a theoretical basis, and from the constitution of TCM point of view of the disease in patients with conditioning to provide new ideas for daily life.MethodsIn this study, clinical epidemiology and case-control group, choose from November2010to March2012, the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital Anorectal both inpatients and outpatients for the first time diagnosis of perianal abscess150patients, alternative150cases of healthy subjects as controls, to collect general information about the two groups of subjects, and physical characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine, diet, smoking and alcohol, sleep, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type, body mass index and other clinical data, information, establish database to use SPSS17.0statistical package for data management and statistical analysis of data, according to the different types of data, measurement data were analyzed by t-test, count data were analyzed by X2(chi-square) test and the Wilcoxon rank sum test, P<0.05significant difference Logistic regression analysis of the correlation of the type of TCM constitution of the two samples.Results1. The subject’s collection of150cases of patients with anus week abscess, with an average age of32.29±11.46years old,128cases of men, 22case of women, men and women ratio is5.82:1. The age distribution to (20-30) age group the largest share proportion of total number of44.0%, and (30-40) age group,32%. Tip anus week abscess sick age mainly concentrated in ages20to40;2. Compared with the control group, the damp-heat, phlegm, yin deficiency, the number of people than in the control group and two more significant difference (P<0.05) compared to the rest of the physical type no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Case group like spicy, like greasy, smoking, alcohol is more than the control group of people, like, like the light sweet people less than the control group, the X2inspection, case group of all kinds of eating habits situation compared with the control,sweet, like salty except no significant difference (P>0.05); More significantly (P<0.05);4. The situation is more sleep, case group up late in the middle of sleep, sleep late getting up early, early sleep late on, irregular sleep more than a control group, early to bed and early to rise less than the control group, the X2inspection, the case group, all dietary habits compared with the control group, in addition to sleep at night to get up early the difference was significant (P>0.05); I was significantly different (P0<0.05).5. And obesity, spicy and greasy food, bad sleep for a perianal abscess risk factors, also affect the human constitution. For this conclusion, the use of Chinese medicine nursing programs, perianal abscess not disease prevention, there may be some help. And risk factors of their physical type of perianal abscess are an objective reality.
