Study On The Mechanism Of "Lianzhi Alum Solution" In Promoting Wound Healing After Perianal Abscess

Objective:The famous anorectal disease expert Huang Jichuan clinical effective prescription that agents in hospitals and even Lianzhifan solution as objects of study, the pharmacological effects and mechanism by animal experimental pharmacology study the clinical effects of promoting wound healing after treatment of perianal abscess.Methods:The animal model of rats infected wound,"study on the mechani sm of wound healing medication after perianal abscess of Lianzhifan s olution", even the contents of berberine hydrochloride and alum soluti on was determined by high performance liquid chromatography;bacterial growth characteristics using microbiological methods analysis model wound;wound color, using morphological pharmacology analysis secretion, tissue swelling degree, the growth of granulation tissue characteristi cs;the study, immunohistochemical analysis of different period of woun d fibroblasts and capillary hyperplasia and inflammation biochemical pathology;mining statistical analysis on the experimental data using statistical software SPSS19.0, P<0.05as the difference had statistic al significance.Outcome:The stability of berberine hydrochloride in7different batch es of Lianzhifan solution, its content was0.62+0.08mg/mL(n=7, RSD=12.68%);rats infected wound model after the wound with Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus saccharolyticus,inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus xylosus;rats after administration of3days,6days, the9day, the inf lammation medium histamine,5-serotonin, histamine, prostaglandin E2i n experimental group was lower than control group;experimental wound granulation tissue fibroblasts and capillaries were higher than the c ontrol group, the experimental group and control group after treatment healing days difference was13.53±0.49,15.49±0.76days.Conclusion:Even the effective components of Lianzhifan solution including berberine, berberine hydrochloride content stability, has a good anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effect. Experiments show that even the Lianzhifan solution mechanism promoting wound healing medication after perianal abscess is:can effectively improve the early inflammatory reaction, promote new capillaries and fibroblasts proliferation of granulation tissue, promote wound granulation tissue growth, promote wound healing, shorten the wound healing time, wound surface hardness redness and inflammation, obviously improved, significantly reduce the content of serum inflammation media5-serotonin, histamine, prostaglandin E2, reduce the resulting wound inflammatory response in rat pain, improve wound repair.
