The Experimental Study Of BuShenJianGuTang Prevention And Cure Postmenopause Osteoporosis

Objective:Through animal experiment ,To explore the multi-targets action mechanism of BuShenJianGuTang prevention and cure postmenopause osteoporosis. This paper also can refer doctors to select the propriate clinic medicine.Methods:In the experiment,50 rats are divided randomly into five groups.10 in each group. We named No.1 group as sham operation group, No.2 group as ovariectomizy group,No.3 group as BuShenJianGu group,No.4 as JinKuiShenQi group and No.5 group as nilestriol group. The sham operation group was only sham operated and the other four were ovariectomy. After Four weeks of operation,We have feed the five groups rats daily. sham operation group and ovariectomizy group were feed with saline, BuShenJianGu group was feed with BuShenJianGuTang, JinKuiShenQi group was feed with JinKuiShenQiWan, nilestriol group was feed with nilestriol.The rats were killed and collected theirs blood and urine three momths later of being fed. We also examined the level of serum ALP, E2, IGF-I and the content of HOP/Cr in the 24h urine. Results: To be compared with the BuShenJianGu group, JinKuiShenQi group, nilestriol group can obviously increased the level of E2, ALP, IGF-I, and the HOP/Cr in urine reduced remarkably. BuShenJianGu group E2 level enhancement was lower than nilestriol group but to be higher than JinKuiShenQi group. BuShenJianGu group IGF- I level enhancement was higher than JinKuiShenQi group and nilestriol group.Conclusion:According the result of the experiment,We can conclude: BuShenJianGuTang possesses the double function of inhibition of bone absorbtion and acceleration of postmenopausal osteoporosis, also can enhance IGF-I of cell gene blood serum to accelerate bone cell multiplication and bone growth.Above all, BuShenJianGuTang can prevent and cure mechanism of postmenopause osteoporosis muti-targets.
