Objective:By observing the experiment of the bushenjiangu tang which is acting on the postmenopausal osteoporosis model of ovariectomized rat to its femoral neck bone trabecular microvascular and the serum Estradiol (E2), lnterleukin-6(IL-6), so it can analysis and evaluation bushenjiangutang’s treatment effect and mechanism of the postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:60healthy female rats,which is4months old and no mating, random points5groups, each group of12. They are normal group, control group, Sham resection group, raloxifene group, bushenjiangu tang group. Throughing the bone mineral density testing confirmed manufacturing model success after4weeks. Taking the medicine for raloxifene group and bu shenjiangu tang group, but the others just feeding water. Observing the experiment of the bushenjiangu tang which is acting on the PMOP model of ovariectomized rat to its femoral neck bone trabecular capillaries and the serum E2, IL-6after8weeks.Result:1. Electron microscope: The normal group and control group of its bone trabecular microvascular thickness rank capillary, smooth surface, to the nature.and its trabecular pattern is symmetrical, clearance, bone absorption hole size, suborbicular. And the femoral neck bone trabecular microvascular deformation, fracturing atrophy,also the trabecular bone has become thinning, broadening gap, increasing for the interruption, the end, and a large number of micro fracture formation by the Sham resection group. Compared with the Sham resection group,we know that the raloxifene group and bushenjiangutang group’s bone trabecular microvascular still rules, the thickness is uniform and continuity; and the same time the trabecular bone structure basic integrity, owe rules, a small amount of the micro fracture surface.2.Bone density scan showed: normal control group compared with Control group, two groups of bone mineral density has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Compared to sham resection group and normal group(control group), the bone mineral density reduced obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);, both of the bushenjiangu tang and raloxifene group’s bone mineral density’s difference are statistically significant Comparde with the Sham resection group (P<0.05). But there was no statistically significant difference between the bushenjiangu tang group and raloxifene group of the bone density (P>0.05).3.Sham resection group’s E2levels dropped significantly compared with each group,and these difference are statistically significant (P<0.05). But there was no statistically significant difference between the bushenjiangu tang group and raloxifene group of the E2levels (P>0.05).4. Sham resection group’s IL-6levels rosing significantly compared with each group,and these difference are statistically significant (P<0.05). But there was no statistically significant difference between the bushenjiangu tang group and raloxifene group of the IL-6levels (P>0.05).Conclusion:We have built the postmenopausal osteoporosis animal model successfully. The bushenjiangu tang can improve the variectomized rat’s femoral neck bone structure and its bone mineral density, also higher levels of E2in the body, and reduce the content of IL-6in the body. It is proving that the bushenjiangu tang can cure postmenopausal osteoporosis through the direction of the microscopic and molecular level.
