Objective To evaluate the value of angiography diagnosis and the result of interventional therapy in the treatment of lower limb ischemic disease. Methods 85 patients took the examination of lower limb artery DSA , and analyzed stenosis length and rate of lower limb artery. 20 of the patients, 29 segments treated by balloon dilation. For patients with severity stenosis artery were treated by self-expandable stent placement,The dorsal artery of foot and acute peripheral vascular thrombosis in patients were given urokinase treatment. There are 45 patients in the control group, 60 lower limbs with symptom of ischemia treated by internal medicine .Clinical follow up time was 6 months to 18 months. To observe the state of arterial stenosis segments and ischemic symptom. All the data processed by statistical analysis. Result The positive rate of lower limb artery DSA is 96.5%.The successful rate and clinical effective rate of interventional therapy group is respectively 100% and 90.0% and the rate of ampution is 10.0%. In the control group, the clinical effective rate is 62.2%, the amputed rate is 37.8%. After statistics analysis, the interventional therapy group is better than the control group in clinical curative effects. Conclusion Interventional therapy is a effective process to manage lower limb ischemic disease。...
