| ObjectiveDiscuss the influnence of TGF-β1 to Bcl-2 in retinal ganglion cells , to detect the Bcl-2 in retinal ganglion cells in the state of ocular hypertension and having TGF-β1 in the state of ocular hypertension.MethodsUsing immunohistochemistry SP method to detect Bcl-2 in 54 rats with 108 eyes, 6 rats with 12 eyes in normal intraocular pressure group, 24 rats with 48 eyes in ocular hypertension group, 24 rats with 48 eyes in TGF-β1 group, detecting Bcl-2 in 4h, 12h, 24h, 48h after recovery of intraocular pressure in ocular hypertension group and TGF-β1 group.Results1.Positive expression rate of Bcl-2 is 8.3% (1/12),41.7%(20/48),79.2%(38/48) in normal intraocular pressure group, ocular hypertension group, TGF-β1 group. There are significant difference between normal intraocular pressure group, ocular hypertension group, TGF-β1 group(P<0.05).2.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 enhances gradually after 4h, 12h, 24h, 48h after recovery of intraocular pressure in ocular hypertension, and the peak is after 24h and lasting 48h.There are significant difference between 4h, 12h group and 24h, 48h group (P<0.05).3.The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 group enhances gradually after 4h, 12h, 24h, 48h after recovery of intraocular pressure in ocular hypertension, and the peak is after 24h and lasting 48h. There are significant difference between 4h, 12h group and 24h, 48h group (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe expression of Bcl-2 in retinal ganglia cells of rats has an intensive enhancement in the statement of having TGF-β1, TGF-β1 can protect retinal cells in increasing Bcl-2, and this can offer methods and routes of optic nerve protecting for glaucoma. |
