Study Of Action Of Tqmmdecotion Ⅳ Protecting Optic Nerve Of Primary Angle-Closure Glaucoma

Objective:To observe the curative effect of using TQMMIV decoction, of treating the impaired eyes'nerves of Primary angle-closure glaueoma.Methods:The 40(47eyes)cases of those patients dividing into two groups(traditional Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group).Compare in two kinds of treatment methods,the one is traditional Chinese medicine,another is Western medicine,and in many aspects,such as eyesight,field of vision,VEP,etc.Result:The patients' eyesight and field of vision can be better and the patients' VEP can be powerful in traditional Chinese medicine group.The Western medicine group before and after treatment,the differece was insignificant.The result of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the Western medicine group.Conclusions:the curative effect of using TQMMIV decoction,of treating the impaired eyes'nerves of Primary angle-closure glaucoma is very good,and the traditional Chinese medicine's effect is to protect the impaired eyes'nerves of Primary angle-closure glaucoma.
