Construction And Exploratory Development Of Nursing Assessment Indicator System For Community Health Service

ObjectiveNursing assessment indicator system for community health service was established ,it is fit for the status of community health care ,help us to get the message about community health service,definite the performance target is or not satisfied,reflect the status,the quality ,the economic retums about community health nursing.We can use it to supervise and have a objective evaluation on community health nursing,According to the Nursing Assessment Indicator ,we can explain the problem during the community health nursing development,analyse the reason,find out the method to solve it. The Nursing Assessment Indicator help the supervisor to summarize correlation experience for reasonable work and the better efficiency.We use the indicator in community in order to give us evidence for consummate it.Methods(1) instituting the detail sample scheme,adopt random sampling,systematic sampling when we take investigation (2) constructing an initial Assessment Indicator system(3) monitoring The Nursing Assessment Indicator reliability and validity(4) sieveing the index ,finding internal connection,rejecting secondary index,choicing important index ,distinguishing the index.(5) determining the indictor weights by using the method of Del-phi,etc.(6) making use of the indictor in community health center community health nurse participate it's consummate work.(7) establishing a set of community health Nursing Assessment Indicator System.Results1. On the basis of Delphi expert advisory consultation,establish 5 first class indexes,18 second class indexes,41 third class indexes.Consist nursing assessment indicator system for community health service and calculate the weight,including 64 indexes. The active coefficient of two rounds Delphi is 90.0%and100%respectively; the authoritative coefficient of two rounds is 0.817 and 0.820;the harmonious coefficient of the two rounds Delphi is 0.356(P>0.05)and 0.578(P<0.05).2. Use the developed index system in the ten community health service centers of changchun, and get the evaluation result of the ten community health service centers in changchun.Conclusions1. Establish nursing assessment indicator system for community health service and calculate the weight. In the two rounds Delphi consultation,Panel of experts shown great initiative , have great authority and concordant on research subjects This index system can reflex the status about community health nursing well and has considerable reference value in the evaluation of community health nursing services.2. According to the appraisal results of the 10 community health service centers in Changchun, the community health nursing need developing fastly. There is still much to be improved in financial administration support, home visiting to the patient with mental disease out of hospital, chronic disease management, health care for aged rehabilitation nursing, birth control skill and using computer.
