Clinical Study On Qingrexiaoying Mixture In Treating Subacute Thyroiditis

Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qingrexiaoying mixture in treating Subacute Thyroiditis. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed Subacute Thyroiditis were randomly classified into two groups. There were 30 patients treated with Qingrexiaoying mixture in treated group, others were treated with Chuanwangxiaoyan tablet in control group. Four weeks were a course of treatment. Result: Qingrexiaoying mixture could degrade T3,T4,FT3,FT4 and heighten TSH. The difference was significant compared to the control group(P<0.05);Meanwhile, the effect of the treated group was obviously better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms (P<0.05).And it also could degrade TG-Ab,TPO-Ab. Conclusion: Qingrexiaoying mixture has sure curative effect in treating Subacute Thyroiditis and less adverse effects. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
