Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With YangGanHuoXue Mixture

Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of YangGanHuoXue mixture in treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN). Methods: 60 patients diagnosed DPN were randomly classified into two groups with the normal drugs of lowing blood sugar. There were 30 patients treated with YangGanHuoXue mixture in treated group, others were treated with TangMaiKang granules in control group. Two months were a course of treatment. Result: The effect of the treated group was obviously better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms, the sciatic nerve conduction velocity and the blood circulation in limbs. The difference was significant compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: YangGanHuoXue mixture has sure curative effect than TangMaiKang granules in treating DPN, and this research testifies the feasibility of the theraphy of nourishing the liver, promoting blood circulation and dredging meridians.
