Clinical Observation On 33 Cases Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated By Shuibi Dan Mixture Combined With Lipoic Acid

Purpose：By observing the XueBiDan mixture (dandong hospital of TCM) combinedwestern medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) Qi and Yindeficiency and blood stasis in the clinical curative effect, and establish thecontrol group, the comparative evaluation of XueBiDan mixture in the treatmentof DPN curative effect and safety.Material and method： By composite inclusion criteria of65cases of DPNwere randomly divided into treatment group and control group in two groups, thetreatment group on the basis of foundation treatment, add XueBiDan mixture (30ml/times,2times/d, oral) and combined therapy with western medicine (thiocticacid) for injection, the control group on the basis of foundation treatment togive (thioctic acid static drops and a cobalt amine oral) symptomatic treatment,a course of15days, the two groups before treatment respectively and the endof the course of patients with symptom scores, followed up for8weeks aftertreatment, in order to understand the patient’s clinical symptoms and non-toxicside effects, to determine the efficacy and safety of XueBiDan mixture.Results：1. After treatment, respectively on two groups of clinical symptom scores moreP <0.05, the data statistically similar between the two groups, the treatmentgroup curative effect is better than that of control group, prompt blood inpatients with DPN, XueBiDan mixture combined western medicine therapy inimproving clinical symptoms of patients with DPN is superior to the pure westernmedicine treatment.2. The treatment process has been completed, the cure in1case,3cases weremarkedly effective, effective in21cases,8had no effect, total effective rate76.76%, control group were cured0,1cases had marked effect, effectively and20cases,11had no effect, total effective rate65.53%, compared to the treatmentgroup and control group total effective rate is not much difference, but in thecourse of found XueBiDan mixture for short duration, the symptoms of lighteffect more exactly. 3. The two groups before and after treatment the blood routine, blood routine,urine routine, liver function (ALT/AST), kidney (CRE/BUN) did not seeabnormalities and are within the normal range, blood glucose, blood pressure,blood glucose, blood pressure stable basic testing all subjects.Conclusion：1. The blood bi Dan mixture combined with western medicine treatment of DPNpatients the exact curative effect.2. XueBiDan mixture combined western medicine treatment of DPN patients foundno toxic and side effect, safe and reliable, and can further popularization inclinical.
