The Clinical Research On The Physical Signs Of TCM Of "Blood Stagnation In Collaterals" Of The Vascular Dementia

In this research, we established the questionary of physical signs in TCM on VD,which is based on ancient and modern diagnosis of literature and the clinical experience of my tutor,and investigated 264 patients of VD in clinic.Then there is a discussion on the metrological method for the diagnosis of"blood stagnation in collaterals",which also provides the ground of symbolic statistics for the macroscopic differentiation of"blood stagnation in collaterals"in VD.The result shows: The result shows that lusterless helix, blackness around eyes and dark purple on lips were important to"blood stagnation in collaterals"of the vascular dementia in qualitative diagnostics,and these impact degree to"blood stagnation in collaterals"of the vascular dementia in qualitative diagnostics are 1.1434,1.1357 and 0.7256.
