Abdominal selective operation is a common and important method in theordinary surgical treatment and inspection. But as a strong stressor, notonly can it hurt the patient's body but also bring some psychologicalreactions. The serious negative psychological reaction can affect theeffectiveness of surgery directly. Moreover, it also can bring thepostoperative complications. Therefore, to understand the risk factors ofpreoperative anxiety can be helpful to make the pertinency nursingintervention to reduce the preoperative anxiety of patients. And that canenhance the effectiveness of operation and promote the recovery ofpostoperative patients.Object: One is to evaluate the degree of anxiety in patients beforeabdominal selective operation and discover the risk correlative factorsof it, at the same time, to discuss some dispute factors in today's articles.Another is to identify the correlative relationship between various factorsand the anxieties before operation, analyzes its function intensity inorder to provide correlation theories for taking pointed intervention tothe basis for clinical nursing.Method: This research pertains to descriptive study. It has gatheredfrom Yambian Korea Autonomous Eparchy, Changchun Jilin Province, JinanShandong Province, the three areas of four Three-A-Grade generalhospitals' patients with abdominal selective operation by using theconvenience sampling method. Providing 210 questionnaires and recycling178 effective questionnaires. The tool of study is arranged "PsychologicalCondition Questionnaire for Patients with Abdominal Selective Operation".In the questionnaire partial content utilized the method of "Focus Group"belonging qualitative study. The anxious survey uses S-AI, a part of STAI (State Trait Anxiety Inventory). The Coping style measurement uses SCSQ(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire). The information is used SPSS13.0statistical software package to analyse. The mainly method of statisticsis mean, rate, percent to carry on the description and T-test, One-way ANOVAand Pearson's Correlation carries on the analysis to the influence factor.Results: This research through investigating 178 cases abdominalpreoperative patients find the detection rate of preoperative anxiety is32.6%, and that is similar with domestic report. Through statisticsexamination, the factors that affect preoperative anxiety significantlyin demography population is patient's character type, the extrophycharacter patient his anxious level is obviously lower than introvert andmixed type patients (P<0.01), but there is no significant relationship withpatient's sex, years of schooling, marital status, occupation, the familymonth income and the medical payment situation. In surgery correlationinformation patients whether understood surgery process has significantrelations with anxieties, the anxious degree of the patients who understoodthe surgery process is obviously lower than the ones not understooding it(P<0.05), and it haven't relationship with patient's surgery history,the surgery type, notice surgery time, other complicating diseases, beingserious pain, familiar with chief surgeon, surgery arrangement time. Inthe psychological question before operation, the disease is nonmalignantor malignant, the medical expense, the fear of surgery and the worry aboutunsuccessful surgery are the important elements affecting the anxietiesbefore operation; In the prepared technique to plug in gastric tube,something unknown/can't understand and the worry about the surgery willhave a negative impact on life are the main questions affecting preoperativeanxious; In society emotion support, the majority patient's supporters arespouses, but the elderly Patient who attended by his children is moreanxious than others significantly; In the environmental factors theoperated patients have tremendous influences function on the preoperativepatients. Those who make preoperative patients feel even more afraid canaggravate the patients' state of anxiety, on the contrary, those who increase their confidence about surgery can relieve the patients' stateof anxiety; The patients' sleep quality and the anxieties can influenceeach other and showed a significantly negative relationship. The positivecoping style has significantly negative correlation with preoperativeanxiety (r=-0.212, P<0.01), passive coping style has positivecorrelation with the preoperative anxiety, but is not significant.Conclusion: The preoperative State-anxiety of elective abdominalsurgery patients is affected by many kinds of factors. The patient'scharacter style, understanding the surgery process or not, coping stylesand patients with a variety of psychological concerns, unknown surgeryinformation, adverse social emotion support system and the hospitalenvironmental impacts, all of these could be significantly affected inpatients with preoperative State-anxiety level. Identifying these factorscan further explore effective interventions measures for clinical nursingwchicb could meet different demographic characteristics, surgery relatedinformation and preoperative psychological problems and personal copingstyle. That can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety level of abdominalsurgery patients, and this has great significance for the results of surgeryand can reduce the length of hospitalization efficiently.
