This study observed the therapeutic actions onmammary hyperplasia through animal mammary hyperplasia model, granulomatous inflammationmodel and abdominal constriction reaction test, hot plate test.The results showed that:(1) Rupi capsule can significantly reduce the level of serum estradiol and luteinzing hormone,raise the level of luteohormone, decrease the breast diameter and nipple height in rat mammaryhyperplasia models.(2) Rupi capsule can inhibit the formation of cotton granuloma.(3) Rupi capsule can significantly prolong the starting time of abdominal constriction reactionand the times of abdominal constriction reaction.Take together, Rupi capsule can regulate the pituitary-gonadal hormone sccrction, inhibit themammary gland proliferation in mammary hyperplasia rat models, and relieve hypcrplasia pain.
