Clinical Observation On Intervention Of Hormone Level In Patients With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland From Liver Differentiation

Objective:To explore the regulation of the hormone level in the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands from liver differentiation and its related mechanism.Methods:Randomly selected 163 cases of breast hyperplasia patients in the outpatient department of Affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to March 2017,82 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and 81 cases in control gro up.The observation group received the treatment of Xiaoyaoloubei Capsule,The control group received the treatment of Rupixiao Tablets.The levels of sex hormones,including estradiol2?E₂?,progesterone?P?,follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?,luteinizing hormone?LH?,prolactin?PRL?,and clinical efficacy were observed in two groups of patients.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?.2.Comparison of the total effect of two groups of patients,the effectiverate of the treatment group was 93.90%,the control group was 75.31%,there was significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.3.The breast edema,breast pain,breast lumps,accompanying symptoms and anxiety conditions were improved after treatment.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.4.Two groups of patients with hormone levels,after treatment,E₂,FSH,LH levels and E₂/P ratio compared with the group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.After treatment,the levels of E₂,P,PRL and E₂/P in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment?P<0.05?.5.During the study period,the treatment group had 2 cases of stomach symptoms during the treatment,no nausea,vomiting and other discomfort,1 cases had mild diarrhea,or discomfort in remission,remission after drug withdrawal.Examination of blood,urine,fecal routine,liver function and renal function,there was no obvious abnormal index.Conclusion:Xiaoyaoloubei capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia in the total effective rate was 93.90%,significantly better than the control group 75.31%,in the relief of breast edema,relieve pain,improve the breast mass and accompanying symptoms effect than the control group Rupixiao tablets group.In remission accompanied by symptoms,effects of two groups of drugs on mood changes,two threatened fullness is obvious,but the abnormal menstruation and Yaoxisuanruan role is not significant.Effect of xiaoyaoloubei Capsule on anxiety state of patients is better than Rupixiao tablets group,but has not yet fallen completely without anxiety.Xiaoyaoloubei Capsule can effectively reduce breast hyperplasia in patients with E₂ levels,elevated P levels and adjust the E₂/P ratio abnormal,and at the same time restrain PRL level.Xiaoyaoloubei Capsule on hormone level in patients with breast hyperplasia adjustment function is better than that of Rupixiao tablets group,significant clinical curative effect.
