Theclinicalstudyon Anemofrigid-Damp Arthralgia With The Warm-Needl Acupuncture

Objective: This trival was designed to explore the efficacy of warm-needl acupuncture to treatment for anemofrigid-damp arthralgia and to study the application of thermographs on clinical diagnosis about anemofrigid-damp arthralgiaMethod:The patients who meet 1988 designed standard of the first Chinese rheumatology conference of integrative medicine were been selected,and 1988 practitioner of Chinese medicine of designed standard of the first Chinese rheumatology conference of integrative medicine were been selected .They were divided into three groups on the basis of principles of randomized controlled trial.The study group was treated with warm-needl acupuncture group(A group),westen medicine group(B group) and normal group(C group).Observing the thermographys ,the VAS pain index and the score of pressure pain point are analyzed at start and 30days of three treatments .Studying of the correlation between VAS pain index , the score of pressure pain point and the thermographys.Result :Threatment before,A group and B group of the VAS pain index and the score of pressure pain pointwere much higher than C group (P<0.01) .Change of temprature in A group and B group by thermographys were higher than C group (P<0.01); Threatment after , A group of the thermographys and the VAS pain index and the score of pressure pain point was lower than B group (P<0.01) and with significant different; the correlation between VAS pain index , the score of pressure pain point and the thermographys was yathly big (P<0.01) .Conclusion : warm-needl acupuncture has effective in treating anemofrigid-damp arthralgia and can obviously impyove patient's clinical syndromes,and look for a new function for clinical threatment to anemofrigid-damp arthralgia ;Application of the thermographys on clinical diagnosis in anemofrigid-damp arthralgia has effective ,and see to a new evidence for anemofrigid-damp arthralgia clinical diagnosis.
