Objective:By the means of clearing up the ancient literature of TCM, get clear on the origin development of damp-warm. Under the direction of modern basic theory of TCM and combine with the related ancient literature, build up a systematic theory system of TCM of damp-warm with a view to providing a firm fundamental basis for the clinical therapy.Methods:1. Ancient literature was searched with software named <Chinese Medical Classics> in order to collect data, and with main source of CNKI and VIP-full text journals database for the modern literature. 2.Clear up the ancient literature of TCM and get clear on the origin development of damp-warm, then give a objective analysis on the development of basic concept of damp-warm.3. Make use of the methods of research of ancient literature (such as compare, analytics, induction and etc) analyse the theory of damp-warm deeply, and unearth the real connotation of modern damp-warm, in order to build up a systematic theory system of damp-warm.Content:The thesis consists of two parts:1.Clear up ancient literature in order to get clear on the origin development of damp-warm, and then differentiate and analyse; 2. Under the direction of modern basic theory of TCM, combine ancient and modern literature, analyse the theory of damp-warm deeply and conclude a systemic system which including concept, pathogenesis, onset conditions, Spreading law, Pathogenic characteristics and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, finally, guide the clinical practice.Conclusion:1. Most ancient theories of damp-warm are far different than the modern one. Quote directly without discriminate to explain the etiology of the syndrome differentiation and treatment results in a chaos in academia.2.Damp-warm is an exteroceptive and warm disease, and it suffers from Hot and humid-factor or sometimes suffers from incubative pathogen factor, and it includs damp-warm epidemic.3. The progress of disease of damp-warm doesn't comply with Differentiation of tri-jiao strictly, but differentiation of tri-jiao is the best way to explain the progress of disease of damp-warm, and combine with the dialectics of wei-qi-ying-xue to estimate the disease statuses.4.When use damp-warm theory on modern disease. the modern disease must accord with obligatory condition. Muggy stomach flu and ileotyphus coincide with the progress of disease of damp-warm.Significance:1.Make the people know the differentia from ancient and modern damp-warm.2.
