Objcetive and significance:Through the clinical research of self-made Bikang fang, to explore the mechanism of rash the topical treatment of knee osteoarthritis of the anemofrigid-damp arthralgia of topical application of self-made self Bikang fang, clear self-made Bikang fang in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint of the advantages, lay a foundation for further in-depth study of his own.Methods:48 patients comply with knee osteoarthritis anemofrigid-damp arthralgia syndrome diagnosis of patients divided according to the ratio of 1:1 into two groups. The treatment group and the control group. Glucosamine hydrochloride 0.48g groups were given orally,3 times a day as a basic treatment.Treatment groups self-made Bikang fang (BaiJiLi 10g, MaZiRen 30g, FangFenglOg, DuHuo 10g, DaJi30g, ShenJingCao 20g,QinJiao 20g)powder with warm water and tune into a paste, external applying on the part of knee joint., Twice a week, every 10 minutes/knee. Stay dry drug needs to keep for 12 hours before cleaning, treatment of 4 weeks. Control group:diclofenac diethylamine emulsion joint topical agent, gently rubbing,4 times a day for 4 weeks. Control group improved pain, morning stiffness, swelling, adverse events, fatigue, operation far fetched and effect is significant (P<0.05) and improve the chills afraid of the cold, heavy, pain, temperature reduction, tongue, pulse, was not significant (P>0.05). ② VAS score:two groups of treatment in the aspect of improving the VAS pain score is similar (P>0.05).③HSS score of the excellent and good rate:treatment group was excellent in 11 cases, good in 10 cases, in 2 cases, poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 87.5%, control group,3 cases were excellent, good in 13 cases, in 6 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 66.7%, X2 test, two groups of equivalent on the clinical effect of improving HSS scoreTerm efficacy analysis:①TCM syndromes:4 weeks after withdrawal, the treatment group cured 4 cases, markedly effective in 1 cases, effective in 1 cases, ineffective in 95.8% cases,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective, effective in 4 cases, ineffective in 18 cases, the effective rate was 83.3%; By X2 test, both groups in improving aspects of TCM syndrome is different (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05). ②VAS score:treatment group in improving the VAS pain score curative effect is superior to the control group (P<0.05). ③HSS score of the excellent and good rate:treatment group was excellent in 11 cases, good in 10 cases, in 2 cases, poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 87.5%, control group,3 cases were excellent, good in 13 cases, in 6 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 66.7%.By X2 test, two groups of in the clinical effect of improving HSS score (P>0.05).Conclusion:the self-made Bikang fang and Votalin emulgel were both effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The self-madeBikang fang has better effect than that of Votalin emulgel.
