The Significance Of Clinical Of The Correlation Between Expressions Of VEGF,PCNA And MVD In Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the correlationship between the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in renal cell carcinoma and microvessel density (MVD)in the tissue of renal cell carcinoma. The influence of that correlationship on clinical diagnosis, therapy and post-cure of renal cell carcinoma was also studied. Methods: A 59-sample renal cell carcinoma was verificated by pathologic methods and employed in present study. The relationship of the expression level of PCNA/VEGF and MVD was detected by chemistry methods of the immunity. And a 10-sample nephridial tissue was used as control. Results: 1. Positive expression rate of PCNA and VEGF was 77.97% and 76.27%. respectivelv. MVD was 85.89±38.91pieces of an eye-sight. 2. the positive expression of PCNA. VEGF and MVD in renal cell carcinoma were significantly correlated with tumor diameter, tumor necrosis fluidity, tumor boundary and perirenal fatty infiltration (P<0.05); while no significant correlationship was observed between the positive expression of PCNA. VEGF and MVD in renal cell carcinoma with lymphadenectasis, encroachment of the adjacent organ and far metastasis (P>0.05); and simultaneously, PCNA and VEGF both correlated with MVD(P<0.05). 3. The positive expression rate of PCNA and VEGF and MVD were significantly increasing with pathologic grading of cancer increase(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of PCNA and VEGF and MVD were intimately correlated with the formation and infiltration of renal cell carcinoma in the area of Yan bian, and important relationship was exist in the three factors. The expression of PCNA and VEGF and MVD may be used as indicatrix to judge whether renal carcinoma was cured, and offer references for early diagnoses and select Rx and judge out of heal.
