Objective:The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy, toxicity and TTP of Gemcitabine+ cisplatin regimen(GP)versus Vinorelbine+ cisplatin(NP)in the treatment of advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancc(?).Method:Seventy-three cases of untreated patients(stageⅢB-Ⅳ)were enrolled in this study.and thirty-three cases were treated by GP regimen Gemcitabine:1250mg/m~2,d1,8, ivgtt.cisplatin 75mg/m~2 d2-5,ivgtt,forty cases were treated with NP regimen,Vinorelbine:25mg/m~2,d1,8,iv,cisplatin 75mg/m~2 d2-5,ivgtt.The patients in two groups were repeatedly treated every 21days,evaluated the efficacy, toxicity after 2~4cycles and TTP was followed up.Results:For the cases with GP,the overall response rate was 42.4%,with complete response 1 cases and partial response 13 cases; For the cases with NP the overall response rate was 42.5%, with complete response 1 cases and with partial response 16 cases. There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).TTP:GP were(5.2±0.47)months and NP were (4.4±0.49)months respectively,There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.001); Major toxicity is myelo suppression. The thrombocytopenia for GP is higher than NP (12.1%vs10.0%).The leucocytopenia for NP is higher than GP(20.0%vs18.2%)(P>0 05).Conclusions:GP regimen and NP regimen for advanced NSCLC shows a good curative effect and low toxicity.GP was significantly longer TTP.It deserves further clinical application.
